Order Processing and Shipping
- Shipping Time Frame: We are committed to shipping your order within 15 business days from the date of purchase. If we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, we will either issue a full refund for any prepaid amount paid towards the order with cancellation or request an extension from you.
- Expedited or Delayed Delivery: We cannot expedite or delay the delivery of your order. Delivery times are subject to the terms and conditions of our delivery partners.
- Shipping Fee and COD Fee: The same shall be displayed on the product page for each product.
- Reverse Shipping/Return handling Fee: Standard Pickup and Shipping charges would be applicable.
- Tax: Shipping charges (if applicable) are inclusive of GST and other taxes (if any).
Damage During Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Partner Liability: Any damages that occur during shipping and/or delivery will be forwarded to the shipping partner for resolution. BuyMacha Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damages incurred during the shipping process.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments
- Payment Security: For COD payments, we strongly discourage customers from making any payments on unknown links, QR codes, or phone numbers that are not associated with BuyMacha Pvt. Ltd. and the delivery partner.
- Authorized Payment Methods: Please ensure that all COD payments are made only to authorized personnel and through verified methods provided by BuyMacha Pvt. Ltd. and the delivery partner.
- Tax: COD amount would be inclusive of GST and any other taxes (if applicable).
